Returns: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Personalized or custom pieces cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
